Rushden & Diamonds Youth Team's next FA Youth Cup and Northamptonshire FA Boys Under 18 Cup fixtures have been finalised.

FA Youth Cup

Rushden & Diamonds Youth Team will face Rocester in the 3^rd Round Qualifying of the FA Youth Cup sponsored by e.on. The game will take place at The Hillsfield on Thursday 22^nd October 2009, with kick off at 7:45pm; entry will cost £4 for adults and £1 for concessions.

The Diamonds progressed to this stage by beating Stewarts & Lloyds 9-0 in the Preliminary Round, beating Leighton Town 5-0 in the first round of qualifying and Luton Town 2-0 in the second. Rocester, from Staffordshire progressed by beating Bromyard Town 4-0 in the Preliminary Round, beating Bedworth United 5-3 in the first round of qualifying and Wednesfield 5-2 in the second.

The winners of this fixture will go into the competition's first round proper, where they could face a Football league side, the top rated 44 teams (mainly Premiership and Championship join in the third round proper.

As a result of this, the Football Conference Youth Alliance League Cup fixture away at Ipswich Town CT scheduled for Wednesday 21^st October has been postponed to Monday 9th November with kick off at 6:00pm.

Northamptonshire FA Boys Under 18 Cup

The Diamonds next fixture in the Northamptonshire FA Boys Under 18 Cup has also been finalised, The Diamonds will face Moulton Magpies away from home on Sunday 1^st November, with kick off at 2:00pm.

The game will take place at the Brunting Road playing fields, Moulton, Northampton.
