The Diamonds Youth Team will take on Peterborough United in the third round of the Northamptonshire FA Boys Under 18 Cup.

The game will be played at Nene Park's Pitch 2 on Saturday 20^th December 2008, with Kick off at 11:00am. Entry will cost £3 for Adults and £1 for Concessions.

Rushden & Diamonds are the current holders of the trophy, last season beating Peterborough United 3-0 in the final. This season the Diamonds were given a bye through the first round, beating Northampton Parklands Tigers 13-0 in the second round.

Peterborough United were given a similar bye through the first round, then beating Roade 5-2 in their much delayed second round game.

Also in the competition FootballCV Reds will play away at Peterborough Thorpe Wood Rangers on Sunday 7^th December 2008 at 1:30pm.
