The Supporters Trust Fund Raising and Diamond Minors Committee fund raising activities have merged in order to strengthen our ability to raise money for those important funds needed to see the continuation of the development of our 'next generation' Rushden & Diamonds team.

We are now in a better position to start to consider those ideas that may have already been submitted by individuals and the various Forums. Please come forward with any fundraising ideas to Dave Bland at bland6qa@sky.com or catch him on match days around the tunnel or walking the 50/50 Board around the pitch at half time. All we ask in return is that you are available to discuss your idea. Of course it would be really great if you could provide support to the delivery that idea. Each Friday your ideas will be submitted in to the Trust Board Chair and Fundraising Chair.

Have you considered that you could provide support to the Diamond Minors or Fund Raising committees? Both are essentially ideas Forums that sit no more than twice a month and both on the same evening. (Minors 7.30pm to 8.15 and then merge with Fund raising). You will need to be a Trust Member and if under 16 unable to vote on topics. You will also have to be CRB cleared (Over 18) to support the Minors committee. And finally, we are seriously considering putting together a proposal for running a beer festival later in the year as a fund raising idea. A small Working Group is being put together to look at the feasibility and to present a costed proposal together by the end of July.
