Rushden & Diamonds Recycling Scheme

Posted on: Thu 23 Oct 2008

What a Load of Rubbish!! - Rushden & Diamonds Recycling Scheme

Rushden & Diamonds run a popular inkjet cartridge recycling scheme to help charities in the UK. By donating your empty inkjet cartridges and unwanted mobile phones, Diamonds fans will be able to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. This will prove vital money for Cancer Research UK, one of the few independent organisations in the world with the ability to transform pioneering research into treatments for cancer patients. One in three people will be affected by cancer at some stage in their life.

Donated Inkjet Cartridge = Around £1 Donation

Donated Mobile Phone = Up to £30 Donation

Simply put your un-wanted phone or inkjet cartridges into the collection box in Rushden & Diamonds Club Shop and The Diamonds Sports Centre reception, to do your bit to fight cancer, whilst also helping recycle in order to reduce the amount of plastic going into landfill sites, helping the environment.

N.B - We cannot take Epson Cartridges, Photocopier Toner or Laserjet Toners - just inkjet cartridges and old mobile phones.
