It was a big win last week and it's been a good run as well.
It was and we've been on a brilliant run, I think on Saturday things just went right for us, I don't think we did particularly well as we know we can in the first half even 2-0 up but that just shows you the confidence through the camp at the moment but everything is going for us at the moment.
Defensively you must be delighted with how many clean sheets you've had.
Yeah the gaffer said after Christmas that if you can sort the defence out and keep as many clean sheets as we can, we'll always nick games and we have the quality to then go and score one or two goals, so we need keep it tight as you're not going to go and win games in the first twenty minutes. I think it's come from the forwards as well, they give us a lot of time to push up and I think the whole team is working hard and getting clean sheets.
Of course both centre halves got a goal on Saturday.
Yeah, Jamie's got a few but I think that was Simon's first, so he's happy and he's been brilliant for the last couple of months so I think he deserved a goal.
From your point of view, you went off as a precaution, is that right?
Yeah, it was just a little niggle, didn't want to make anything worse and there's a lot of games coming up. I trained on Tuesday so I'm fine.
How much confidence do you get out of 'freak' results like the 8-0 victory, you don't see that every day.
I think it's more of a confidence thing for the strikers, as they're all trying to nick a few goals but we don't want to get too carried away because that's not going to happen again, but it was great that the strikers got a few, Faz came in and got one and an assist, Sam Smith was also trying to get a few so it was just for the strikers really, it does run through the team but we're not getting carried away with a lot of tough games coming up.
So you're not expecting that to happen again then?
No, we'll take it as it comes but I can't see it happening again on Saturday.
