Justin, what are your thoughts on the FA Cup, and the tie on Saturday ?
It's a fantastic competition, which can bring fantastic rewards. Personally I know what's at stake in terms of the club finances, but as far as the players are concerned it's another game. This group of players want to go and win every game, and I know they'll treat it like any other game.
The Players won't know too much about Workington, so you'll be looking to fill them in on what to expect ?
Yes, we had them watched last week, and I've spoken to Dave Pace the Droylsden manager, and Kevin Wilson (the Ilkeston Town manager), who both faced them recently, so we know what to expect. It's a long journey, but preparations will be fine - we are travelling up on Friday, so everything is spot-on, and we've no reasons to not perform - we are looking forward to the tie.
Do you expect the game will be physical ?
Every game will be physical - they'll be solid, and hard to break down. They don't concede a lot of goals at home, so I imagine it will be a tight game.
You'll be looking for the quality of your team to come through ?
Yes, we've had two consecutive wins, and we've always said confidence is a big part of football, and the players are confident, so we go there looking forward to the game. We know it will be a tough challenge, and I'm sure it will be a hostile crowd and a good atmosphere - a bit of an old fashioned game. I don't expect it will be glitz and glamour, but that's not relevant - it's all about getting into the draw on Sunday, and that's what we are setting out to achieve.
You spoke about the finances - with the prize money on offer, that's obviously a big factor ?
Yes, for the Club in particular, although the players won't look at it in that sense, and they've no need to. We all know what's potentially around the corner, but mustn't take our eye off this one - it's a tough tie and Workington deserve the respect that they'll be shown by us on Saturday.
