Hi Lee, Could you talk us through your goal?

Before the game, the gaffer's told me to start attacking defences more, so they're having to commit people. I've received it through the middle and took a touch. I only had one thing in my mind, and that was to shoot and hoping I've connected well enough with it …and it's gone in the back of the net.

Did that then give you a lot of confidence to do what was after that a great performance? Because you were on the top of your game after that, was that really what you needed to do from a goal point, scoring a goal like that and has brought you on to produce that kind of performance?

Yeah, it gave me a lot of confidence to be honest, but I thought all of the lads did well tonight. I think towards the end, we gave them a chance really and that's when we need to bury teams and see out the last five or ten minutes of a game. All the lads had done well in the second half, maybe not as good in the first half, but we've done well in the second.

How does that rank against your other goals. You've scored some special goals. But how does that rank in terms of it? You only tend to score goals like that, you don't score tap ins?

Yeah, it's a good goal. I think that's it. I like to getting them outside the box and looking to shoot the ball. I think I've got to aim to end up getting five of those tap in goals a season to help me progress. But it was a good and hopefully we can carry on.
