So Justin - tell us about pre-season

We'll certainly have a tough pre-season where we'll up our fitness levels, that's certainly something that I want to address. We'll get back to pre-season and then we're looking forwards to the games really. We've got some excellent pre-season games lined up and I'm certainly looking forward to getting back to work in the next couple of weeks.

The players are obviously away on their breaks at the moment, have they got any tasks to do while they're away and fitness to stick to?

Oh yes, they all had fitness tests after the last game of the season. We did that on the Tuesday after the last game of the season, we carried out a series of tests so all the players were tested and weighed, so all the players know what their targets are for when they come back. They've all been given an individual programme to carry out over the summer, they all know that. They all know that pre-season isn't to get them fit, it is to get them fitter, so everyone knows they've got to come back in a good condition ready to go, because as much as its going to be enjoyable it is going to be tough, we certainly want to be hitting the ground running when we get back on the 29^th June.
