Justin: Clubs will get good young players on loans
I thought it was interesting, Mark Yates at Kidderminster said that the loan system is going to be a major player this season in the Blue Square Premier - in terms of making it work hard for you and picking the right loans
I think so, we know the financial difficulty we have and its affecting everyone, even up to anyone right outside of the Premiership, so a lot of teams are scrapping their reserves, but they still feel that their youth is important to them, so you're going to get a lot of good young players that you can acquire on season long loans - its an avenue that I'm certainly looking at, my old little phone book has come out looking at friends that can give me players for nothing.
You sat behind your desk brings us to Michael Stone - a young, enthusiastic guy - obviously you knew him from your Tottenham days, what do you think Michael will bring to the club?
Well he'll bring a bad dress sense, certainly enthusiasm, a knack with technology. If you could bottle his enthusiasm and pass it on to the players then it'd be great. I think he'd be the first to admit he's had a bit of a crash course at this level. Knowing Michael he'll be on the laptop 'statting' up on the Blue Square Prem, so ask him anything about last season and he'll give you the stats, he's a good coach, he's very thorough, he's very organised - we bounce off each other and it's a great opportunity.
He wasn't a player himself, so he knows he's got to earn the respect of the players, because he can't necessarily put a ball down and do a demonstration, or tell them a story like I do to convince them that I was a good player. He's got to prove it and I think he's certainly won the trust and he's got the backing of the players - I think people have seen that he's a real student of the game and he really knows what he's talking about.
