Staff at Rushden & Diamonds have been hard at work on the organisation of their pre-season games this week, and we are delighted to announce the details of some of them.

Diamonds fans can look forward to local trips away to Rothwell Town and Corby Town along with a trip to the South West for the Errea South West Challenge Cup. MK Dons will be visiting Nene Park, along with two other teams, to be confirmed at a later date.

The pre-season fixture list so far is:

Errea South West Challenge Cup
Marshford-Appledore, Mill Road-Barnstaple, The Sports Ground-Bideford, Marlborough Park-Ilfracombe and Vicarage Fields-Torrington

Saturday 25^th July 2009 - 3:00pm Kick Off
Rushden & Diamonds v MK Dons
Nene Park-Irthlingborough

Tuesday 28^th July 2009 - 7:45pm Kick Off
Corby Town v Rushden & Diamonds
Rockingham Triangle-Corby

The Conference Board has also announced that the 2009/10 Blue Square Premier season will start on Saturday 8^th August 2009.

There are also set to be two other pre-season games, which will be confirmed in due course once finalised with the relevant teams. Ticket and pricing information will be announced at a later date.
