Clare likely to Leave

Posted on: Thu 01 Jan 2009

In his interview with the Evening Telegraph, Garry Hill revealed that Striker Daryl Clare might leave during the January transfer window, as he wants to play closer to home in North-Lincolnshire.

Daryl has been out of action throughout December to support his wife, who has been suffering from illness after the birth of their daughter.

Garry said "As a Manager I've got to support his family circumstances. They will always come first. His wife has not been well and following the birth of their daughter, Daryl feels that he needs to be nearer to them."
