Rushden & Diamonds Ladies striker Bethan Lee has been selected to attend the Wales Women's Under 19 training camp in Port Talbot later this month. Lee has been a prolific goal scorer since joining the club in 2004, and knocked in a total of 12 goals in last season's campaign, despite suffering from a back injury which restricted her number of appearances.

The training camp is in preparation for the 7th UEFA European Women's Under 19 Championships. As part of the qualifying group stage, Wales have been grouped with Germany, the Czech Republic and group hosts FYR Macedonia - matches scheduled to take place between 26th September and 3rd October.
