As football fans we are all aware of the rising number of young players throughout the country who are making the grade - direct from youth team football straight into the first team. As a Club we are doing our utmost to ensure that the next crop of Rushden & Diamonds stars include many of our talented young players.

That is why we are committed to ensuring Youth Development is suitably funded to allow the Club to develop our future footballing talent to its best potential.

All monies generated from the Lottery will provide additional funding for Youth Development at the Club.
