At Rushden & Diamonds FC, we can cater for conferences of varying sizes, with the option of food and a host of other extras, we'll even organise your hotel rooms for you if required. The location of Nene Park, near the A45 and A6, which in turn are only a short drive from the M1 and M6, mean it is the perfect venue for National and Regional companies and organisations, as well as local ones.

We have two options available for Conferences at Rushden & Diamonds, with whichever works out best value for money for your business applying, they are:

- a 'DAY DELEGATE RATE', which is paid per person (perfect for smaller conferences)
- alternatively a 'ROOM HIRE RATE' paid for the conference overall, which is more cost effective for larger conferences.


CONFERENCE DAY DELEGATE RATE

The daily delegate rate is designed to cover each individual conference delegate over an eight hour period

Includes:
Conference room hire for 8 hrs
Screen
Flipchart
Tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival
Jugs of water and mints
Mid-morning tea and coffee with biscuits
Finger buffet lunch
Mid afternoon tea, coffee and biscuits

£32.50 per head (Plus VAT)

Additional break out rooms are available, please ask for details on cost.

We are also able to offer equipment like DVD Players and radio microphones at extra costs.

For conferences not using the day delegate rate, room hire prices and individual costs can be negotiated.

Day Delegate rates will only apply if numbers are above the minimum room capacity (see below - if your conference is smaller than the minimum capacity we still have various boxes available, so give us a call and we can tailor the package to your needs)
