All Ticket Matches
"All Ticket" indicates that No Cash Admissions will be available through any turnstiles. Tickets will not normally be available on the day of the match.

All Pay Matches
"All Pay" indicates that Season Tickets Are Not Valid for the applicable match.
Season Ticket Holders will receive priority in purchasing tickets for 'All Pay' matches providing they comply within the timescales notified by the club for such matches.

Diamonds Booking Service
Our Ticket Office has two methods of booking available.
Our staff will do their best to help you with your enquiries concerning all ticket information & general enquiries.

In Person
The Ticket Office, is situated in the Club Shop on weekdays and non-matchdays. On Matchdays the Ticket Office is accessed via the ticket windows next to the Club Shop.

Club Shop / Ticket Office Opening Hours

Weekdays:
Monday - 10:00am -­ 5:00pm
Tuesday - 10:00am -­ 5:00pm
Wednesday - 10:00am -­ 5:00pm
Thursday - 10:00am ­- 5:00pm
Friday - 10:00am ­- 5:00pm

Weekends:
Saturday or Sunday (matchday) - 10:00am - kick-off  &  full time - 15 minutes after game
Saturday or Sunday (non-matchday) - Closed

Others:
Weekday (matchdays) - 10:00am - kick off.
Bank Holiday matchdays (3:00pm kick off) will have Saturday Opening Hours.

A 50p credit card charge is made on all telephone bookings. 50p postage is also charged should you wish to have your tickets posted out to you.
Tickets will be posted out until two days before the match - after this they will be held for collection.

Ticket Collection Point (Home Games on Matchday)
The Ticket Collection Point for on the corner of the De Banke Terrace and North Stands, just in front of the Club Shop (slightly to the right) opens on matchdays, approximately two hours before kick-off for collection of tickets for that game only.

Customers collecting tickets will be asked to give a reference number and the first line of their address & may be asked for proof of identification.

To avoid delays customers are advised to collect their tickets at least an hour before kick-off.

Nene Park Stadium

The capacity of Nene Park is 6,441 consisting of four covered stands:-
The North Stand ALL SEATED Capacity 976 + 21 Disabled Spaces
The South Stand ALL SEATED Capacity 1224 + 18 Disabled Spaces
The AirWair Stand ALL SEATED Capacity 2372 + 24 Disabled Spaces
The Peter De Banke Terrace STANDING Capacity 1800

Access, viewing accommodation and toilets for Disabled Spectators are available in all 3 seated stands. Family / Non-Smoking seats are available in the South Stand, Blocks C4 & C5.

Away Fans:
Away fans are located in either the Airwair Stand (if a large crowd is expected) or blocks C1 and C2 of the North Stand (if a smaller away crowd is expected).

Notes:
1 - 2008/09 Supporter's Trust membership must be demonstrated to receive initial Trust member discount.
2 - For children to be eligible for the Under 16 ticket, they must be Under 16 at 01/08/08
3 - For children to be eligible for the Under 8 ticket, they must be Under 8 at 01/08/08
- Concessions are defined as those presenting proof of being in full time education at 1/8/08 and those over 60 at 1/8/08
- Proof of age and being in full time education is required at point of purchase to receive child or concession tickets.
6 - All season tickets, child tickets (Under 8's and 16's), disabled/carer and concession tickets must be purchased at the Ticket Office
7 - Under 8's are free on an individual match basis in all areas, however in seating areas they need a ticket (which is free).
8 - A 50p administration fee will apply to all debit/credit card transactions.
9 - Postage is charged at 50p per standard envelope.
10 - Season Ticket holders who forget their Match Voucher will be charged a £10.00 (CASH) admin fee. This fee will be REFUNDED upon production of the CORRECT Match Voucher to the Ticket Office at a later date.
