Tunisian born Dino started his career in England with Doncaster Rovers in August 1998 and spent two seasons with the club. In August 2000, he joined Southport for one season, then Leigh RMI for a further two season. In February 2003, Stevenage Borough paid a five figure sum for his services and he scored 5 times in ten League games. He went to America at the end of the season and played nine games for Charleston Battery, before returning to Stevenage Borough in September 2003 spending three successful seasons with the Conference side. He returned to Southport in July 2006 on a free transfer.
Dino was signed by Graham Westley on 31 January 2007 on a free transfer, but following Westley's departure, he found himself out of favour and went on loan to Southport on 9 March 2007 until the end of the season. His contract was cancelled by mutual consent in May 2007, and he joined Northwich Victoria. Following the sacking of Vic's manager Paul Warhurst, Dino took over as caretaker manager, eventually taking over the position on a permanent basis. On 23 October 2008 however, he was sacked as manager. He joined Conference North side Hyde United on 7 November 2008, but then moved on to become assistant manager at Stevenage Borough 10 days later. Following Graham Westley's move to Preston North End on 14 January 2012, Dino followed him to Deepdale to become head coach.
