Leo was a former England Schools International wing back who had played League football for both Ipswich Town and AFC Bournemouth. He arrived at Nene Park on trial in November 1997 and made just a single appearance against Hayes. He appeared to be out of his depth however, and was substituted at half time, never to appear again. He was released soon after, and played for Kings Lynn after leaving Diamonds, but soon disappeared from the football scene.
